Vello’s Pet Information Page

The Pet Information Page gives you convenient access to important details for each of your pets, including:

• Name
• Breed
• Sex
• Weight
• Age
• Appointments scheduled within the next 60 days
• All previous appointments
• Current and past prescriptions, including instructions
• Reminders for medical services that are due or overdue

This page helps you stay informed and up to date on your pet’s health—all in one place.

Login Instructions

To sign in, follow this procedure:

1. Open the Vello app.

2. Vello shows a sign-in page.

3. In the Email or Phone Number box, enter your email address or phone number.

Note: You must enter the same phone number that you use with your veterinary practice.

4. Select Sign in.

5. Vello sends you a text message or email message with a verification code.

6. If Vello does not recognize the mobile phone number or email address you entered, it will display a Connect Your Account button. Select this button to create a client portal account.

7. Enter the verification code that Vello sends to log in to the Pet Information Page.
