Are you taking new clients?
Due to a shortage of veterinarians in our valley, we are currently limited on accepting new clients for preventative pet care appointments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact us in late Spring at 760-507-1500 to inquire about appointment availability.
Do you take walk-ins?
Appointments are required. In the event of urgent need, we will do our best to accommodate existing clients to the best of our ability.
Do you do Health Certificates?
Yes. For travel within the United States, Canada, or Mexico only.
Do you do house calls for Euthanasia?
Euthanasia is performed in-house only. For house calls, we recommend Serene Passages 909-654-7774.
Do you offer any boarding or grooming services?
We offer sedated grooming when medically necessary. We are not equipped for boarding.
Does my pet need an exam for vaccines?
Annual exams are required for all services, including vaccines.
Can I schedule an appointment online?
Appointments are scheduled by our reception team through phone call only.
